Covenant Data Systems owns valuable copyrights in its software, publications, and various other materials.

Covenant Data Systems seeks to partner with other companies to develop and sell products under the Covenant Data Systems or CDS brands. Generally, we license our brands to products and companies that meet the following criteria:

• A leadership market position with a premium product that has a connection to a Covenant Data Systems brand, product, or service
• Established distribution channels and high customer satisfaction

Please note that Covenant Data Systems retains some trademarks solely for our use and these are not available for licensing.

Covenant Data Systems products, services, and Web content—including images, text, and software downloads (collectively, "Products and Services")—are owned by Covenant Data Systems, Inc. and/or by Covenant Data Systems vendors, who have given Covenant Data Systems permission to use the Products and Services.

Unless Covenant Data Systems explicitly gives you permission within the End-User License Agreement (EULA) or License Terms that accompany the Products and Services and/or in the guidelines below, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, license, or sell any Products and Services or components contained in them.
